    Please share your tried and true companies that you have used to run background checks on potential caregiver candidates.

    And if you could answer what the check included. (IE: criminal background check, motor vehicle records, registered sex offender, ect)

    We used Sure Payrolls pre-employment screening. Sure Payroll is a payroll company for paying your nanny. We did not opt to use sure payroll for writing our nanny’s checks because my husband is an accountant but their background check was amazing! We went with the $65 option and the check was extensive.
