While Via The Village is not a nanny agency, I can help you work more effectively with the agency of your choice or help you find a nanny or nanny share family on your own.
I myself have both worked as a nanny and have employed several nannies. Moving overs the years, I’ve formed numerous nanny shares. I’ve served as the Director of Employment for the U.S. Nanny Association, and I run a large Facebook group to help connect parents and nannies.
